Reject The Proposed Diesel Distribution Center near Hillside Elementary!
Help stop a trucking distribution center in residential Lincoln Heights!
The owners of 3505 Pasadena Avenue, at Avenue 35, intend to build a 60,000 square-foot trucking distribution center on a contaminated property in a residential neighborhood across the street from Hillside Elementary School. It could become our neighborhood’s biggest polluter. The community of Lincoln Heights rejects this proposal, and insists that the site must be used in a way to reduce, rather than increase, negative health and environmental impacts on our neighborhood.

What will that mean?
● Air Pollution! Noise Pollution! Congested Traffic! Dangers to Pedestrians and Cyclists!
● A Huge New Source of Pollution in Lincoln Heights, already one of LA’s most polluted neighborhoods!
● 18-Wheel Diesel Trucks driving for miles entirely on residential streets to the I-5 Highway!
● Potentially Hundreds of Truck Trips to this block every day and all night!
● Risk of Asthma, Lung Cancer, Leukemia, Impaired Lung and Brain Development!
● Generational Harm to every person in Lincoln Heights, long into the future!
